Common questions

What counts as a seat?

A seat is one team member who can log in, upload resumes, submit scorecards, and view candidates. Collaborators on the same account share one plan.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the billing period.

What happens after the free trial?

Your workspace becomes read only until you choose a plan. Your roles, candidates, and evaluations stay saved.

What is a candidate analysis?

One structured Ellyo evaluation of one candidate for one role. Starter includes 10 per month, Growth 50, Scale 150. Enterprise is custom.
